Sesame Street is rolling out its divorce education for children, twenty years after it first considered the subject. In its “Little Children, Big Challenges: Divorce” program, Abby Cadabby, a current Sesame Street character, lets her friends know that she has two houses, one where she lives with Mommy and one where she lives with Daddy. 
This Time article discusses Sesame Street’s history on the issue. Best of all, Sesame Street has collaborated with AFCC to get its materials distributed to a wide population of divorce professionals who can put the books, DVDs and other information to use immediately. What a great pairing of resources!
