At the Bar Convention family law program on June 22, 2012 Connie Beck presented on Coercive Control and kindly allows me to post her Power Point Slides and the BeckCoerciveControlScreeningArticle on screening for coercive control.

During my presentation on Special Master and arbitration proceedings, I mentioned a New Jersey case that sustained the use of binding arbitration to determine child custody matters, and a synopsis of that 2009 New Jersey case, Fawzy v. Fawzy, is attached.
