I have to share this blog post from Megan Hunter at Unhooked Books. She posted it a couple of months ago and I knew it was great at the time. Just came across it again and it still resonates (and will for years). I highly recommend reviewing BIFF responses to hostile emails frequently. And I also highly recommend Bill Eddy‘s book on the subject: BIFF: Quick Responses to High Conflict People.
