Exes and Emails: CoParent Communication

Exes and Emails: CoParent Communication

The assignment was simple – talk about parent communication in high conflict cases.  What lawyers can teach their clients, and why.   So simple, and yet so involved. As I make this post go live, I’ve just received an email from one parent to the other saying “Get a job liberal lowlife.”   Now to go categorize that by Level of Intervention needed . . . . Here are the resources included or mentioned in the presentation I gave on January 15, 2026 at the For Better or For Worse CLE put on by AAML and the State Bar. The presentation was titled  “Exes and Emails:  When Your Client Won’t Stop Creating Exhibits for the OC”, OC meaning “opposing counsel”. Campbell v.
