Until now, I would’ve expected that an Ernest Hemingway lookalike could get a trial postponed at his will. Guess not, but this guy had one of the better excuses I’ve seen. But when the bell tolls at Sloppy Joe’s for the next contest winner, it won’t be tolling for this guy.
UPDATE: Looks like this Tampa lawyer gets to compete after all. His client took a plea, meaning his appearance at the Hemingway lookalike contest can go on after all. Congratulations Mr. Louderback, and we’ll be watching.
